Online Agreement

You are requesting an Action Portrait!

• You may submit up to three photographs for consideration as a subject for an acrylic painting on gallery wrapped stretched canvas. 

• Provide 1-3 photographs no more than 8 MB each. 

• Photos should have subjects in action who are easily seen, well lit, and have defined lines (see video here for further examples of what will and will not work!).

• If your photograph includes more than one subject, consider cropping the photo to just include the subject(s) you want included in the painting. Prices are provided for up to three subjects. (FAQ’s)

• The Action Portrait will be completed in my style, which you can find on this website. 

• Please include any specific requests (background color, which person(s) in the photo are the subject(s) of the painting - animals included)!

• A downpayment of 50% of the cost of the commission will be charged to the card you provide once the photograph has been approved! A copy of the agreement (example found here) will be sent to you at that time.

• Submit your payment information: you will NOT be charged if the photos you submit will not work for the scope of the work. *

• You WILL be informed of the decision within 48 hours of submission if the Artist cannot complete the scope of the work. (If you do not, something has gone wrong with technology - reach out to me again!)
